Marshall Bergmann has been appointed Vice President of Advisory Services and is responsible for working with i4cp members and other global organizations to guide and advise innovative culture and strategic HR initiatives leveraging i4cp’s industry-leading research.

i4cp is renowned for its extensive research in the field of human resources, consistently uncovering Next Practices that empower organizations and HR executives to enhance business performance. i4cp Advisory Services will take a research-based and community-driven approach to support organizations at their time of need – specifically on culture-change initiatives –with a goal to not only arm HR leaders and their teams with powerful solutions but empower them for sustained business impact.
